| On May 1997 Zeineldein & Co.
began a cooperation with WARN Industries Inc. to market, promot, and sell
WARN's products in Egypt. The Division was targeting both civillian and
military sectors.
During this short period, our main aim was to identify
WARN's products in the Egyptian Market. The division participated in FORMULA
98 exhibition (Nov. 97), AutoMECH 98 (Mar. 98). and the technology of security EXB. Feb. 2000
